Most cannabis companies start with a business plan. This one started at a kitchen table in 2018, with a short list of people who wanted a better option than what they were being offered. That is still roughly how decisions get made here. We are a family run, Indigenous owned dispensary based in the Ottawa area, and the people choosing the products are the same people answering the phone when you call.
What that means in practice is fairly simple. We do not carry anything we have not looked at ourselves. We do not pad an order to hit a number. And when something is out of stock, we say so instead of substituting and hoping you will not notice. It is a smaller way of working, and it is deliberate.
Over 10,000 orders later, that short list of customers has turned into a long one. We deliver locally across Ottawa, Gatineau and Cornwall, and ship to the rest of the country by mail order. The scale changed. The way we pick a supplier did not.

How Ownership Shows Up In The Boring Parts
Being an Indigenous owned business is not a badge we hang on the homepage and forget about. It shows up in the operation, which is usually where you can tell whether a value is real.
Reciprocity is the clearest example. If a grower we work with has a rough season, we do not squeeze them on price because we can. That costs money in the short run and buys us suppliers who pick up the phone in the long one.
Respect is the other. Nobody here is going to ask why you are ordering, quiz you about your tolerance, or make you feel like a case study. You want flower, we get you flower.
The third piece is the long view. We would rather build something our kids could still run in twenty years than chase a quarter. That is why we are cautious about what we add to the menu, and why we have turned down brands that would have sold well and told us very little about where the product actually came from.

What is listed is what arrives. Same strain, same weight, same brand. If we cannot fill it exactly, we call you before we send it, not after.
Your business is your business. Plain packaging, a driver who does not linger, and no record of your order used for anything other than filling it.
We answer. Phone, text, WhatsApp, email. If something goes wrong with an order, you get a person, not a ticket number.

You can place an order online any time, day or night. Deliveries run from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
You need to be 19 or older to order in Ontario, and you will need valid government ID. Age limits vary by province: 18+ in Alberta and 21+ in Quebec.
After you check out, we email you to verify your ID. It is handled before your order goes out, so there is nothing to sort out at the door.
Interac e-Transfer and cash on delivery for local orders. e-Transfer is the quickest way to get your order moving.
Local delivery in Ottawa and Gatineau is free on orders over $100. Mail order shipping is free on orders over $150.
