Dr. Hugh Mitchell

Dr. Hugh James Mitchell is a physician with over 30 years of emergency and clinical experience serving the Niagara Region of Ontario. He is the founder and sole consulting physician of Medical Cannabis Practitioners (MCP), where he has spent more than seven years recommending medical cannabis to patients seeking alternative treatment options.

A graduate of Queen's University (1984), Dr. Mitchell is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO #54017) and is affiliated with the Niagara Health System — St. Catharines General.
